Lui, c’est Ahcène Krimat.
Un nom qui ne dit pas beaucoup de choses pour la plupart des Algériens.
Pour les spécialistes du timbre algérien, l’histoire de cet homme humble, modeste, et surtout affable et très discret, reste intimement liée à celle du premier timbre de l’Algérie indépendante.
C’est la revue philatélique Philnews qui l’a approché pour la première fois
depuis 1962 au sujet de ce timbre.
